How to Watch Flyers Game vs. Sharks (11/11/2024); Lineups, Goalies, & More
Monday’s Philadelphia Flyers game (5-8-2), also Military Appreciation Night, brings a matchup between two of the NHL’s worst teams at the moment, as the San Jose Sharks (5-9-2) visit the Wells Fargo Center for their annual visit at 7 p.m.
The Sharks will not be as much of a cakewalk as some fans think they’ll be; they have a 5-5-0 record in their last 10 games, while the Flyers are a slightly worse 4-5-1 in their last 10. Further to that point, Sharks goalie Mackenzie Blackwood just posted a 44-save shutout against his former team, the New Jersey Devils, on Sunday night.
And while Blackwood is unlikely to play a second game in as many nights, the Flyers also have Vitek Vanecek to worry about. Vanecek, also a former Devils goalie, is just under a week removed from saving 49 of 50 shots in a 2-1 win over Columbus on Nov. 5.
Vanecek, Monday’s projected Sharks starting goalie, is 2-5-0 this season with a 3.32 GAA and .898 save percentage.
As for the Flyers, they’re riding some serious momentum after two strong games against Tampa Bay and Florida, two tough customers. One game was a shootout win where the Flyers scored only one goal and the other was a loss, but the team is beginning to finally show signs of life overall.

How to watch the Flyers game
Monday night’s Flyers game will be televised on NBC Sports Philadelphia. For fans unable to watch the Flyers game, a radio broadcast will be available on 97.5 The Fanatic
Glad to see Michkov back in the line-up after the two game hiatus. If this is truly a rebuild, as we have been regularly told, then lets live with his highs and lows. I am sure he wants to win every game he plays, his competitive juices run high from what people say.
