The red hot Philadelphia Flyers are preparing for a Thursday night clash with the Nashville Predators.

Riding a nine-game point streak, the Flyers are favored over the Predators at -115.

That stretch included a 3-2 overtime loss in Nashville on Dec. 12, one of only three overtime losses since they started their streak on Nov. 30.

In that game, Sean Couturier and Travis Sanheim helped Philadelphia rally back from a 2-0 deficit before Filip Forsberg won the game 18 seconds into overtime to give Nashville the victory.

The Flyers have not dropped a game since, picking up wins in their past three games over the Washington Capitals, Detroit Red Wings and New Jersey Devils.

So, what are the best bets to take in tonight’s game?

The Flyers have won each of their past three games by only one goal, so Nashville +1.5 could be a solid emotional hedge to throw into a parlay at -260.

If you want to get risky, Philadelphia -1.5 is a +210 bet.

The Over/Under is lower than usual at 5.5, so perhaps an over bet at -125 could pair well with Nashville covering the puck line.

As far as goal scorers go, nobody has been hotter than Travis Konecny throughout Philadelphia’s nine-game point streak.

Tortorella has destroyed ‘wrong fit’ narrative for rebuilding Flyers

Konecny has four goals and 10 points during the streak, including an assist on Sanheim’s game-tying goal in Nashville.

Konecny is +150 to score a goal, +165 to record an assist and +300 to record a point on the power play.

Owen Tippett and Tyson Foerster are also tied for the team lead in goals with four.

Tippett is +225 to score a goal while Foerster is +260.

If you are looking for a good bet from the back end, Cam York is tied for the most goals form a Flyers defenseman during that stretch with Sanheim.

Both him and Sanheim have +750 odds to score a goal on Wednesday.

If you want a good parlay of Philadelphia players, picking York and Foerster to score with Flyers -1.5 could produce a solid payout at +4000.

Roman Josi has been on a tear throughout the month of December, for those who want to throw a Predator into their parlay.

He has three goals and 11 points from the back end in 10 games this month.

His 11 points are second behind only New York Islanders blueliner Noah Dobson in December.

Josi is +350 to score a goal, +130 to record an assist and +260 to record a point on the power play.

Colton Sissons has also quietly been very good this month while being a fixture in Nashville’s bottom six.

He has four goals in 10 games this month.

Sissons could be a solid value bet at +325 to score a goal tonight.

Thursday’s clash could turn out to be as entertaining as the last time these two teams met and choosing any of these bets could make things even more interesting.

Happy (and safe) betting, Philly!
