Philadelphia Flyers prospect Matvei Michkov had 10 shots in his team’s 4-2 victory over Sibir in a KHL game Friday.

Michkov, in his second game for HC Sochi, played 15 minutes, 6 seconds in 19 shifts. He had 10 of his team’s 35 shots. He did not score a point and was a minus-1 skater.

Michkov made his Sochi debut on Wednesday in a 5-4 victory over Severstal. He had two assists in 18:04 of ice-time. Michkov is on loan from SKA St. Petersburg, where he only played one of the first four games and only played 6:12 in that one game.

The Flyers drafted Michkov seventh overall in June’s NHL draft. He was considered the second-best player in the draft behind Chicago’s top overall pick Connor Bedard.
