Flyers preview vs Flames: Expected lines and goalies
After a tough loss against the Seattle Kraken on Friday night, the Philadelphia Flyers (19-11-5) head north and east of the border to try to bounce back against the Calgary Flames (13-14-9) at 8 p.m. at the Scotiabank Saddledome. Philadelphia and Calgary will meet for the first time this season, and will meet again at the Wells Fargo Center on Jan. 6. The Flyers are 3-3-4 in their last 10 against the Flames, and 2-2-1 in their last five. Nazem Kadri has eight goals, 15 assists, and 23 points in 28 career games against Philadelphia.
The Flyers will not hold a morning skate prior to Sunday’s 8 p.m. puck drop.
