  • Danny Briere and the Philadelphia Flyers stayed busy on Wednesday; in the first of two moves, the Flyers helped the Vegas Golden Knights complete the Noah Hanifin trade.
  • In their first move, though, the Flyers traded defenseman Sean Walker to the Colorado Avalanche for veteran forward Ryan Johansen.
  • How did the Flyers do in the Sean Walker trade? Based on our early impressions of the return, this trade has a lot of potential for future benefit.
  • In between those two trades, the Flyers announced that they had signed veteran defenseman Nick Seeler to a four-year contract extension.
  • With Seeler on injured reserve after blocking a shot, the Flyers called up defenseman Adam Ginning from the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
